Terms of Use
Attorney advertising notice, the limits of what this site is, and the terms on which you may use it.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. Last reviewed: 2026.
These Terms govern your use of www.mcabulldog.com, a website operated by Usher Law Group, P.C. By using the site you accept them.
1. Attorney advertising
This website is attorney advertising under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct. It is not a solicitation directed to any specific person about a specific matter. Mikhail Usher, Esq. is the attorney responsible for its content. The firm's principal office is 1600 Sheepshead Bay Road, Suite 203, Brooklyn, New York 11235.
2. No legal advice
Everything here is general information about how merchant cash advance disputes work in New York. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has read your documents. Statutes are amended, court rules change, and appellate authority develops; a page written on one date may not state the law as it stands when you read it. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on this site without consulting counsel about your own situation.
In particular: do not compute your own filing or answer deadline from anything published here. Deadlines depend on how and when you were served, on the court and its part rules, and on the procedural posture of your case. Getting it wrong can produce a default judgment.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Using this site, submitting the contact form, emailing us, or speaking with us by telephone does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is created only by a written engagement letter signed by both you and the firm. Until then:
- Do not send us confidential or privileged material.
- Do not assume we are protecting your interests or watching your deadlines.
- Understand that we may already represent an adverse party, and that a conflicts check may prevent us from taking your matter.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome. The representative matters described on this site are illustrative of matter types the firm handles. They are not promises, predictions, or warranties. Every matter turns on its own agreement, facts, record, procedural posture and judge.
5. Jurisdiction and admissions
Mikhail Usher, Esq. is admitted in New York, New Jersey and Florida, with federal admissions including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the First, Second and Third Circuits. Attorneys of the firm are not admitted in every jurisdiction. We do not seek to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where we are not admitted and cannot appropriately associate local counsel. Nothing here is an offer to practice law where we are not authorized to do so.
6. Third-party links and citations
Where we cite a statute, rule or decision, we do so for identification. We are not responsible for the content of any external website, and a citation is not an endorsement. Always consult the official text of a statute or rule.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design system, illustrations and marks on this site are the property of Usher Law Group, P.C. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial informational use. You may not republish, scrape, resell or use this content to train a model or to create a competing website without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current, or that any file obtained through it is free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usher Law Group, P.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the firm's professional obligations to an actual client.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the website or these Terms shall be brought in the state courts located in Kings County, New York, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
